The Ewok named Weechee Warrick, featured in Ewok lore, was the eldest son of Deej and Shodu. He had siblings: Willy and Wicket who were brothers, plus a sister named Winda. Chirita was his romantic interest.
As the older brother, Weechee possessed greater strength and intelligence than Wicket. He was already a seasoned Ewok warrior, and arguably the strongest in the village, along with Paploo. While Weechee deeply loved his family, he occasionally indulged in teasing his younger brothers, especially Wicket.
Weechee often took the lead in Ewok adventures, such as the Light Festival expedition aimed at revitalizing the Tree of Light. During this event, Weechee displayed wisdom beyond his years by permitting his youngest brother and two females, Princess Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka and Latara, to participate, defying tradition. Their involvement proved crucial to the mission's success, a testament to Weechee's sound judgment.
On one occasion, while fishing with his father and brothers, Deej fell victim to poisoning from fungus growing on the rokna tree. Weechee, accompanied by his brothers, ventured into the jungle to find the ingredients for an antidote. Weechee fearlessly entered the Frosch's lair to retrieve eggs, while Willy sought a feather from a lantern bird, and Wicket looked for a star urchin.
Later, Weechee played a significant role as an Ewok in the caravan organized to rescue the Towani children's parents from the clutches of the giant Gorax.
Debbie Lee Carrington portrayed Weechee in Caravan of Courage, with Hal Rayle providing the character's voice. Notably, the name Weechee was more commonly associated with female Ewoks.
