The late Chancey Yarrow and Sylvestri Yarrow were the owners of the Switchback, a cargo hauler. Following Chancey's death during a Nihil assault, Sylvestri inherited the vessel. Neeto Janajana and M-227 were also part of the crew. In the Berenge sector, the Nihil seized the starship, compelling Sylvestri to abandon it; this attack demonstrated the Nihil's capability to pull ships out of hyperspace.
