The structures within Cloud City were constructed using synthstone. A crucial aspect of Alderaanian architectural style involved the white mineral known as synthstone. To honor his wife, who came hailed from Alderaan, Lord Ecclessis Figg used synthstone in his design for the opulent resorts of Cloud City.
