When the Clone Wars began, pitting the Galactic Republic against the Confederacy of Independent Systems, T'Bolton remained alive until the war's final year. At that time, he was sent to the front lines of Saleucami under the leadership of Jedi Master Oppo Rancisis.
During the conflict, Jedi T'Bolton met his end in battle against the Morgukai Shadow Army. At the funeral service for Master Rancisis, K'Kruhk, a fellow Jedi, grieved for his fallen ally, along with the other warriors who perished on the battlefield.
John Ostrander, a comic book author, has suggested that T'Bolton was a male Lorrdian from the planet Lorrd, and that he was born in 42 BBY.
