The Tedevium, an EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate, originally served the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Subsequently, it functioned as a training ship for aspiring starfighter pilots, and was the base of operations for the Screaming Wookiee Squadron, a training squadron of starfighters that later fought as Gold Squadron.
When utilized as a training vessel, Colonel Atton Repness held command. Following Repness' unmasking as a black marketeer and a thief by Lara Notsil, the ship's command was transferred to General Edor Crespin, and it was ultimately repurposed into a combat vessel for the New Republic.
While pursuing Zsinj, the Tedevium operated within General Han Solo's fleet as a component of Group One. It transported the Screaming Wookiee Squadron, a Y-wing unit, along with a squadron of A-wings.
