Tevel, a verdant planet situated within the Outer Rim Territories, served as the original homeworld of the Tevellan species. A bacta manufacturing facility owned by the New Republic was established there. After the First Order seized control of the world, the Tevellans reached out to the Resistance for aid. Subsequently, Finn and Poe Dameron were sent to Tevel, where they successfully freed the bacta production facility from First Order occupation. Following this liberation, the Resistance obtained a quantity of bacta from Tevel, which was then transported to another location by Finn and Chewbacca.
