The Rolling Gales was a starship functioning as both the traveling base of operations and performance venue for the band known as Star Waver. The droid K-344 was its pilot, and it transported her bandmates Lan Ar-Shoo, Jay, V-5, and Geezer Odajion.
Following an incident where the band was chased by bounty hunter Boba Fett aboard Slave I, The Rolling Gales suffered some damage. Subsequently, Fett captured Geezer to claim a bounty put out by Jabba Desilijic Tiure. The remaining band members worked together to fix their damaged vessel.
