Tikk was a uvak owned by Vestara Khai, who was a Sith Tyro. In 37.5 ABY, Khai acquired Tikk during an uvak competition. She then utilized Tikk for travel on Kesh, a planet where she resided with the Lost Tribe of Sith. In 41.5 ABY, Tikk was there when Khai initially discovered Ship, a Sith Meditation Sphere. Tikk nearly met his end when Lady Rhea made Khai a Sith apprentice for the first time. As a trial, Khai had to watch as they took her uvak and held a lit lightsaber above his throat. Khai controlled her feelings instead of trying to save Tikk, so Rhea let the uvak live.
In 44 ABY, Vestara's father, Gavar Khai, killed Tikk by beheading him because he thought Tikk was unnecessary since Vestara was gone. This was done to lessen Tikk's suffering.
