Titus Klev, a male Human serving as an officer within the Imperial Navy, distinguished himself through his rapid ascent. He was a dedicated member of the Sub-Adult Group and, despite being quite young, gained acceptance into CompForce. Furthermore, following an initial rejection, he continued the Klevs family tradition by becoming the thirty-seventh member to be admitted into the Imperial Naval Academy. Following the Imperial defeat at Endor, Klev's duties shifted to Battle Station Operations. During the Siege of Wann Tsir, while stationed on a Dedicated Siege Platform, he uncovered a Rebel operative attempting to sabotage the platform. His discovery led to commendation and promotion, with many believing he was destined to become a Moff.
In the year 10 ABY, Klev, now holding the rank of general, aligned himself with the resurrected Emperor Palpatine's forces. He took command of the World Devastator strike force, operating from the Silencer-7, during the devastating assault on Mon Calamari, where his forces inflicted significant damage on the Mon Calamari homeworld. However, his aspiration to become a Moff ended in the oceans of Dac, where he perished when the World Devastators, due to sabotage by the astromech droid R2-D2, collided.
Titus Klev, a male Human, was born into a privileged family on the planet of Alsakan. His father was a distinguished veteran of the Clone Wars with high rank, and his mother was the wealthy heiress of a trading company. In his early years, Titus Klev actively participated in the Sub-Adult Group, the largest branch of the Galactic Empire's Commission for the Preservation of the New Order. As an early SAGroup enrollee, he demonstrated skill in the competitive sport of Wegsphere, where teams in low gravity tried to get a ball into the opponent's goal. At 13, Klev attended a training camp on Ibanjji, where, after saving an instructor from a pack of wild varns, he was admitted into CompForce, despite being underage by four years.

Although Klev volunteered for CompForce Assault, his parents arranged for him to join Observation, where he became Chief Ideological Monitor. Seeking more excitement, he applied to the Imperial Naval Academy, but was initially rejected due to insufficient grades. However, a SAGroup member manipulated the rules to get him in. Consequently, Titus Klev became the 37th Klevs family member to enter the Academy. He was noted for embodying the Human ideal in Imperial propaganda and graduated at the top of his class.
Klev never served aboard the Death Star II battle station, but after the Imperial defeat at Endor, he was assigned to Battle Station Operations, serving on Dedicated Siege Platforms. During the [siege of Wann Tsir](/article/siege_of_wann_tsir], Klev discovered a Rebel agent attempting to sabotage his vessel's shields. This discovery earned Klev commendation and promotion, with peers expecting him to reach the rank of Moff.
By 10 ABY, when Palpatine resurfaced, Klev had risen to general and commanded the World Devastator Silencer-7 during the assault of Mon Calamari, reporting to Jedi Knight-turned-Imperial Supreme Commander Luke Skywalker. During the battle, Klev launched a wave of TIE/D automated starfighters against the New Republic Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Emancipator and ordered the destruction of escape pods from the dying ship. Skywalker, still loyal to the New Republic, tasked his astromech droid, R2-D2, with shutting down the World Devastators via the master control computer on Byss. When the Silencer-7 crew discovered the sabotage, Klev ordered system overrides, but the control signal prevented it. The superweapons, unable to operate, crashed into the oceans, resulting in Klev's death.
As a youth, Titus Klev was skilled, excelling in Wegsphere. His talent, along with saving an instructor from varns on Ibanjji, secured his CompForce admission despite his age. Initially barred from the Naval Academy due to grades, he graduated at the top of his class after being admitted. He was a capable commander, knowledgeable in ship-to-ship and planetary assault tactics.
Klev's participation in the siege of Wann Tsir earned him respect and promotions, leading many to believe he would become a Moff. Commanding the Silencer-7 during the battle of Mon Calamari was a step in that direction. He employed ruthless tactics against the New Republic, even ordering the destruction of defenseless escape pods. During the attempted subjugation, he was overconfident, considering the World Devastator armada unstoppable and dismissing the threat of New Republic X-wings. His overconfidence ultimately proved fatal.
Titus Klev debuted in the third issue of the 1991 Star Wars: Dark Empire comic book series. Written by Tom Veitch, illustrated by Cam Kennedy, and published by Dark Horse Comics on April 21, 1992. Nick Jameson voiced him in the 1994 Dark Empire audio adaptation.
