Todd Quigley's contributions to Star Wars writing are limited. He penned a brief adventure featured in Twin Stars of Kira, in addition to providing playtesting and guidance for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, Second Edition published by West End Games.
Born in 1970, Todd Quigley developed a passion for roleplaying games after being introduced to Star Frontiers by TSR. He earned an associate's degree from Broome Community College located in Binghamton, New York. During his time in college, Todd held a part-time position at a local game company, which was attempting to secure the rights to Car Wars 3D. Due to his familiarity with Car Wars gameplay, he was asked to organize a series of games at a weekend gaming convention hosted at the State University of New York in Binghamton (now Binghamton University). At this convention, Todd discovered open gaming sessions where anyone could host a game of their choosing. At the time, Todd's preferred game was Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, so he registered to lead an extensive 8-hour gaming session. Surprisingly, Bill Smith attended Todd's gaming session. Bill was impressed by Todd's deep understanding of the Star Wars universe; he could recall information from memory or accurately cite the relevant page numbers. Following the game, Bill extended an invitation to Todd to join West End Games, offering him the role of play-tester and advisor for the upcoming 2nd Edition of Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.
Todd provided substantial advice to Bill Smith concerning various gameplay elements and detailed knowledge of the Star Wars Universe. Furthermore, Todd authored a short adventure titled Scavenger Hunt for the compilation of adventures found in Twin Stars of Kira.
