Toul was a Jedi Padawan of the human male variety. In a Force vision, he was approached by Bichan, a Sith Lord, who attempted to sway him to the dark side and become his apprentice. In 1032 BBY, Toul, accompanied by Ara, encountered Bichan on an asteroid with the intention of eliminating him. Toul faced Bichan on Ara's speeder, engaging in a duel both on the ground and atop the statues of prophecy, ultimately killing the Sith.
Toul's equipment included a blue lightsaber with a single blade, and he was attired in traditional Jedi robes.
The character of Toul made his debut in "Journey to the Dark Head," the fifth installment of Star Wars: Visions' second volume. This episode was released on Disney+ on May 4, 2023. He was voiced by Lee Kyung Tae for the Korean version and Eugene Lee Yang for the English version.
