The family of Quesoth males, Jirvin and Trevik, lived in Quethold's Red City on the planet during 8 ABY. In that year, Trevik achieved the highest honor for a member of the Midli caste, becoming the reigning Queen of the Red's bowlcarrier, whose duty was to carry a bowl of nectar for her. The bowlcarrier was instructed by his brother to utilize a holocam provided by Empire of the Hand Grand Admiral Thrawn to document the artwork inside the quarters of alien warlord Nuso Esva in the Dwelling of Guests. This was done under the warlord's orders, with the intent of deceiving the admiral into attacking the city, fulfilling the alien's desire.
Despite his reservations about dishonoring his family, Trevik followed the order and complied. Soon after, a conflict erupted between Thrawn's stormtroopers and Esva's warriors, known as the Chosen, along with the Quesoth Soldiers. The warlord was ultimately killed, but before his demise, he instructed the bowlcarrier to inform Thrawn that, despite his defeat, his warriors would eliminate the Chiss.
This family was featured in the 2011 novella Crisis of Faith, which was authored by Timothy Zahn and included within Heir to the Empire: The 20th Anniversary Edition.
