Trevik

Trevik was a male Quesoth from the Midli caste, a planet dweller of Quethold. He lived in the Red City and watched over the Quesoth Workers. Born on Quethold, this Midli had a brother, Jirvin, who supervised several Workers responsible for handling equipment within the Red City. In 8 ABY, during an alliance between the warlord Nuso Esva and the ruler of Quethold, the Queen of the Red, Trevik took on the role of bowlcarrier for the Queen, carrying a bowl of nectar alongside her litter and her retinue.

In the days that followed, Jirvin compelled his brother to utilize Grand Admiral Thrawn's holocam from the Empire of the Hand to document Esva's artwork inside the Quesoth Dwelling of Guests. This was done to ascertain whether the Queen was merely a puppet of Esva. Subsequent to this action, Thrawn's forces attacked the Red City, and the Red monarch met her end at the hands of the "Storm-hair"—Trevik's term for Esva's species. The warlord then dispatched the bowlcarrier to inform the attacking admiral that his forces would locate and eliminate him.

Biography

Grand Admiral Thrawn, who liberated the Quesoth from Esva's forces

Trevik, a male Quesoth of the Midli of the Seventh of the Red, held a position overseeing the Quesoth Workers within the Red City of Quethold, a planet. Jirvin, his brother, was in charge of a group of Workers who maintained equipment in the Red City. In 8 ABY, he was selected to be the bowlcarrier for the Queen of the Red. He was commanded by Borosiv of the governing Circling caste, who assisted the Queen, to stand tall, mirror the Workers' posture, and elevate the monarch's bowl, which Trevik then did. The bowlcarrier then went with the Queen's litter and entourage to the Dwelling of Guests, where the monarch's allies, Nuso Esva, a warlord, and his soldiers, the Chosen, were staying.

The Queen consumed from Trevik's bowl and conversed with Esva. At the darklight hour, the Midli returned to his home; however, a Circling stopped him, taking the new bowlcarrier to another Midli's home, where his brother greeted him. A group of Circlings and Jirvin informed Trevik that the Queen of the Red had become Esva's tool. To prove otherwise, the bowlcarrier was tasked with using a holocam to record the artwork brought there by the warlord so Grand Admiral Thrawn of the Empire of the Hand could determine if Trevik was correct. He agreed and carried out the task the following day, handing over the recordings to his brother at the darkling hour after accompanying the Queen's entourage across the city to meet with Esva. That night, the bowlcarrier slept soundly, unlike the previous one. The next morning, Thrawn's forces attacked the Red City, and Trevik joined the Queen and Esva at the Dwelling of Guests.

After the Imperial forces broke the Queen's loudspeakers, the Quesoth Soldiers were unable to receive the monarch's orders in the Quesoth Soldier Speak language. Esva ordered her to go to Thrawn's transports outside the Red City. Trevik objected, and Esva told the "traitor—" (because he had recorded his artwork on Jirvin's orders, which was the warlord's own ploy)—to be quiet. The Queen then called her ally the true traitor, and he killed her shortly after, along with Borosiv and her entourage. Esva then ordered Trevik to tell Thrawn that he may have won, but his warriors remained, and they would kill him. The alien's forces were defeated shortly after, and the Imperial forces helped rebuild the Red City.
