His duties also included the apprehension of Mezhan Kwaad together with Nen Yim on the grounds that they had committed heresy by engaging in shaping practices on Tahiri Veila. Nevertheless, the arrival of Anakin Solo alongside Vua Rapuung resulted in Anakin compelling the commanding officer to permit Vua to interrogate Kwaad concerning her involvement in the humiliation he suffered. Vootuh, with aspirations of seizing the sibling of Jacen Solo so that he might elevate his position in the estimation of the Warmaster Tsavong Lah, gave his consent with reluctance. Following Kwaad's admission of guilt, she brought about Vootuh's demise through the use of her shaper hand. In retrospect, Warmaster Lah remarked that Vootuh's death was preferable, given that the Warmaster himself would have offered him as a sacrifice.
