Tumble Bunny

Tumble Bunnies were a type of rabbit distinguished by their three ears. These creatures, found on the Forest Moon of Endor, were trained by an unidentified individual to perform various tricks at the Bright Tree Fête. These performances were a source of amusement for young Ewoks. Wicket Warrick, as a consequence for frightening some woklings, was required to present several Tumble Bunny shows.

Biology and appearance

Tumble Bunnies were a species belonging to the rabbit family. A defining feature was their possession of three ears. Their faces were covered in white fur, while the fur on the rest of their bodies exhibited colors such as yellow, blue, or pink. These rabbits had four legs, a fluffy tail, two eyes, a mouth, and a nose.

Behavior

The Tumble Bunnies on the Forest Moon of Endor were featured as part of an entertainment act during the Bright Tree Fête. During this event, a trainer guided them through a series of tricks. The bunnies demonstrated the ability to leap through a small hoop that was raised off the ground, and they showed excitement when an audience gathered to watch them.

History

Wicket and the Tumble Bunnies

In the year 3 ABY, the Tumble Bunny show was a part of the annual carnival celebrations. The trainer was dressed in a costume that mimicked the bunnies' tails and ears. The audience included young native Ewoks, specifically the woklings, who enjoyed watching the performance. However, Wicket Warrick, an older Ewok, found the show uninteresting. He persuaded his companions, Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka, Teebo, and Latara, along with the woklings they were supervising, to visit Horville's Hut of Horrors instead, a local attraction designed to frighten visitors. The Ewoks were terrified, and when Warrick's mother, Shodu Warrick, learned of his actions, she punished him by assigning him the role of the Tumble Bunny trainer. He was required to perform ten shows with the bunnies, which he considered a humiliating task for a warrior.
