Twelve Intermediate Knots
The Jedi Bear included a set of knots known as the Twelve Intermediate Knots in his curriculum for the Climbing and Ropework class at the Jedi Temple, which was intended for those aspiring to become a Jedi Master. It's documented that around 19 BBY, Padawan Tallisibeth Enwandung-Esterhazy aided Jedi Initiate Pax Chizzik as he honed his skills in tying these specific knots.

Sean Stewart's novel Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, which became available on November 23, 2004, was the first instance where the Twelve Intermediate Knots were referenced.
