A being with red skin was an assistant to a highly skilled killer tasked with the elimination of Darth Vader circa 19 BBY.
In the initial period of the Galactic Empire, a draconian with red skin, serving as an associate to a secretive assassin, functioned as the assassin's chief steward. Upon being approached by a group of 18 hired guns and their paymaster, a rich businessman, seeking to employ the assassin for a hit job on the Sith Lord Darth Vader in order to avenge his offspring, the draconian attempted to refuse them entry to his superior. Simultaneously, while the associate engaged in conversation with them, the assassin discreetly eliminated the mercenaries before confronting the industrialist.
At a later point, the draconian associate encountered Vader (who had previously dealt with his boss) and was, in all likelihood, killed by him.
