Unidentified Barons Hed storeowner
A shopkeeper, a Human female, made her home on the moon of Sulon during the year 5 ABY. She was a supporter of the Rebel Alliance, which by that time had evolved into the New Republic. The woman ran a store located in the Sulon city of Barons Hed, a location under the oppressive rule of an Imperial faction commanded by the Dark Jedi Jerec. On one particular day, two violent Gran bounty hunters, working for Jerec, entered her establishment, seeking information. Despite her lack of knowledge, the Gran remained in her shop after she asked them to leave. Shortly after, the Jedi trainee Kyle Katarn entered the merchant's premises and killed the Gran when they threatened him. Katarn then helped himself to goods from the grateful woman's shop, departing without paying.
Biography
In the city of Barons Hed, which was situated on the moon of Sulon, a Human female operated as a merchant. As a dedicated supporter of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, more commonly known as the Rebel Alliance, she maintained a hidden compartment within her store, fully equipped with a variety of blasters, numerous types of ammunition, and personal energy shields. By the year 5 ABY, the Rebel Alliance had successfully overthrown the ruling Galactic Empire and had been rebranded as the New Republic. Despite this, the woman continued to refer to the new government as the Rebellion. Nevertheless, Barons Hed remained under the control of an Imperial faction led by the Dark Jedi warlord Jerec, whose Government House was centrally located within the city.

During 5 ABY, Barons Hed was overwhelmed by an influx of mercenaries and bounty hunters, resulting in the abandonment of numerous shops as the city descended into a hub of criminal activity. However, the woman's store remained open for business. Many of the bounty hunters were employed by Jerec and were responsible for safeguarding the area surrounding the Government House from potential invasions. These bounty hunters were known for their ruthlessness, frequently harassing and assaulting the city's inhabitants. One day, two aggressive Gran bounty hunters entered the woman's store and began to interrogate her. The woman asserted that she did not possess the information that the Gran were seeking. She requested that they leave her alone, but they did not immediately comply with her request.
At that precise moment, the Jedi trainee Kyle Katarn entered the shop, searching for a route into the Government House. The Gran turned their attention to attacking Katarn, but the Jedi skillfully used his lightsaber to kill the Gran duo, thereby protecting the woman from harm. Katarn took some of the woman's merchandise, without paying, and then used his lightsaber to create an opening into her secret room. Katarn gathered all that he could carry and returned to the store. The woman voiced her support for the New Republic, and Katarn departed from the store, eventually reaching the Government House.
Equipment
The woman maintained a hidden arsenal of weapons within her store. Her collection included several E-11 blaster rifles, a customized Bryar blaster pistol, two additional blaster pistols, and an Imperial Repeater Rifle. Her storeroom was also stocked with ammunition for all of the weapons. Her store was also stocked with Bio-Bacta canisters and personal energy shields.
She wore a brown hat, a golden vest, and a blue dress.
Behind the scenes
The woman made her debut appearance in the video game Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, where she was featured as a civilian in the game's fifth level. While the player has the option to kill the woman, doing so could potentially lead the player to the Dark side of the Force, resulting in the game's alternate, non-canon ending. The woman was mentioned, and quoted, in the game's strategy guide, where author Rick Barba advises the player to refrain from killing the civilian and instead use their lightsaber to eliminate the Gran. This article assumes that the woman survives, and that Katarn used a lightsaber to kill the Gran.
