Unidentified Black Sun racketeer

A racketeer of the Twi'lek species operated on Murkhana as an agent of the criminal syndicate Black Sun during the Clone Wars era. Following the end of that war, Darth Vader, in one of his initial missions as a Sith apprentice, executed this Twi'lek around that time.
