In the year 1 ABY, Wagglehorn experienced a loss of communication with a mobile research outpost located on Talus. Opting to avoid involving official channels, he instead sought an independent individual to conduct an investigation into the camp's situation. Consequently, he dispatched his assistant to the secluded settlement of Aurilia, where the assistant's mission was to enlist a seasoned adventurer to aid Wagglehorn in resolving his predicament.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, the Corellia University teaching assistant was featured as a non-player character. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, prior to the game's servers being shut down on December 15, 2011. The inclusion of the Corellia University teaching assistant in the game coincided with the introduction of the "Exar Kun" Heroic Encounter, which was implemented with the release of the "Chapter 9" update on April 3, 2008.
