In the year 19 BBY, a battalion of battle droids fought for the Separatist Droid Army of the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Battle of Anaxes within the larger Clone Wars. This battalion, composed of B1-series battle droids along with DSD1 dwarf spider droids and commanded by an OOM command battle droid, found itself under assault by the defective clone commandos belonging to Clone Force 99 on the planet Anaxes. This confrontation occurred in a canyon close to Sector One, which at the time was a Separatist stronghold. Ultimately, Clone Force 99, executing a devised strategy, successfully annihilated the entire droid battalion.
