A refugee, a female Human, was located at the Arkinnea refugee camp. This occurred shortly after the conclusion of the Clone Wars, which was the period when Master K'Kruhk, accompanied by Chase Piru and a group of Jedi Initiates, arrived at the camp. They were provided with a tent and began to settle in. Later, a conflict erupted between a Human and an Aqualish near their tent. K'Kruhk intervened, separating the individuals involved and advising them to consider the potential consequences for their families if they were apprehended. Subsequently, he went in search of food. The wife of the Human involved in the altercation then approached Chase Piru, expressing her gratitude for K'Kruhk's intervention in preventing her husband from getting into trouble. She proceeded to offer Piru advice on how to live and survive within the camp and voiced her hope that they would all soon be selected for transportation to the free lands located in the north, where the Arkinnea Militia was responsible for transporting offworld refugees for colonization purposes. During the night, the woman observed K'Kruhk and the younglings packing their belongings and departing. The next morning, she and her husband were among those scheduled to be transported to the free lands that day. While awaiting boarding, she overheard Captain Relik and members of the Arkinnea Militia discussing the absence of the newcomers.
Despite her friendly interactions with K'Kruhk, Piru, and the younglings, she inadvertently revealed their departure. She exclaimed in surprise, stating that she had assumed they had simply relocated their tents. Based on her statement, Relik concluded that they had intentionally left and were not merely delayed for the transport or lost within the crowded camp. He promptly expedited the boarding of all departing refugees onto an old ore carrier and initiated a comprehensive search. Given that the Arkinnea Militia was only feigning the transportation of refugees to the free lands and were, in reality, eliminating them by dumping them from the ore carrier into a ravine, this woman and her husband, along with the entire transported group of refugees, perished when they were dropped from the transport into the ravine located in the mountains.
