An inhabitant of the galaxy existed in the time of the High Republic Era. In the year 232 BBY, this person endeavored to transport life-saving vaccines to Crothy, a place afflicted by an outbreak of a dangerous fever. Sadly, they sustained injuries during the Great Hyperspace Disaster—a galactic catastrophe that made hyperspace unsafe and impossible to navigate—preventing them from completing their mission.
Shortly following the widespread disaster, this person received medical attention for their injuries. They were among numerous patients receiving treatment at a bustling spacedock infirmary located on the Core Worlds planet known as Coruscant. While recuperating, this individual told the Jedi Padawan, Reath Silas, about their failed attempt to reach Crothy with the vaccines, and they inquired if the fever had been contained or if anyone else had managed to reach the planet. Silas could not provide an answer and quietly considered his good fortune in surviving the disaster.
This character was featured in the young-adult novel The High Republic: Into the Dark, which was released in 2021. Claudia Gray authored the novel as a part of Phase I of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project.
