This Purkoll citizen was a Skakoan male working for the Techno Union's Foreman, Wat Tambor. The scientist was stationed at the Union's base on Skako Minor during the Clone Wars. Along with Tambor and a fellow scientist, this individual participated in the attempt to apprehend Clone Force 99, Captain Rex, and Jedi General Anakin Skywalker, who had trespassed on the planet in search of Echo. Echo, an ARC trooper believed to be dead following the Battle of Lola Sayu, had in reality survived, been captured by the Separatist forces, sold to the Techno Union, and subsequently transformed into a cyborg. Ultimately, the Republic contingent evaded capture and successfully liberated Echo.
