An RA-7 protocol droid functioned within the Galactic Empire's Inspectorate at the Imperial Inspectorate HQ located on Coruscant, where it managed entry to the organization's collection of databanks. Following her advancement to the rank of Lieutenant-Inspector inside the Inspectorate, Magna Tolvan made a trip to the Inspectorate's main office; while there she asked the RA-7 protocol droid to show her the documents pertaining to the renegade archaeologist known as Doctor Chelli Aphra. The protocol droid then let her know that the information inside the file had been erased due to the application of Directive 081-Omega.
