After the Battle at Rendezvous Point Delta-Three, at least two of these starships became part of the Alliance Fourth Division, a naval division formed after the Battle of Hoth; one with the dorsal fin, and one without.
These two vessels remained with the division as Lando Calrissian and Chewbacca left the Redemption in the Millennium Falcon to begin their rescue of Han Solo. Subsequently, at least one ship equipped with the dorsal fin was situated in the Inner Rim alongside the rest of the division when they received a request for backup from the Seventh Division.
