A slicer, who was human, was employed by the Collective, a clandestine organization situated on the planet of Corellia. Representing the Collective, they journeyed to the Dead Aeronaut cantina for a midday rendezvous with Monti Calay, a cadet operating within the Records Department of the Corellian Engineering Corporation. Calay had pilfered a First Order datapad, holding an encrypted compendium of the First Order's objectives and prisoners, from his superior, Executive Records Officer Winshur Bratt. The slicer employed a key, acquired by a friend from Doaba Guerfel, to decipher the list. Subsequently, Calay passed it to Nifera Shu, a benefactor of the Collective, who then offered it for auction.
The slicer possessed light brown skin adorned with freckles, complemented by green eyes and brown hair. Their hairstyle featured long hair on one side and a completely shaved other side, which bore a tattoo of the Collective's iconic white-horned serpent symbol.
To evade facial recognition by First Order surveillance, they accentuated their eyes with bold white liner and donned a white scarf for concealing their features. Their attire included white gloves, a gray jacket, and matching pants, contributing to Calay's perception of the slicer as having a criminal-like presence.
The slicer demonstrated the capability to execute a decryption process in roughly six minutes.
