A hoodlum spearheaded a band of hooligans onto the Wheel in 137 ABY. Imperial operative Morrigan Corde paid him to make contact with competing operative Jor Torlin because he looked like Cade Skywalker. Torlin was searching for Skywalker, so Corde required the hoodlum and his crew to draw Torlin's focus so she could begin communication. A fight broke out, and after taking a serious pummeling, the hoodlum was hauled off by his companions.
