A landmass of volcanic origin existed on the planet called Sesid. This island was situated close to the primary group of islands on the planet, and despite the volcano's active nature, it had been dormant for approximately five to six years leading up to 4 ABY. In connection with Operation Yellow Moon, Leia Organa and her group intended to place a signaling device on this landmass.
