This individual, who was bald and possessed an elongated facial structure, sported form-fitting purple attire displaying the corporate emblem. During the Campaign at Salient, when Moff Wilhuff Tarkin arrived at the moon via shuttle, the delegate, accompanied by a security detail in uniformed attire, was present to greet him outside the spacecraft.
