Hey there, just letting you know that IMDB isn't considered a reliable source, so you'll need to provide another, more credible source. However, here's the IMDB template for your reference. I hope this information is useful! --Lewisr (talk) 16:12, April 6, 2018 (UTC)

Warning: Uploading

We appreciate every contribution made to Wookieepedia with good intentions. However, before you upload any more images, please check out Wookieepedia:Images and make sure you understand the rules for sourcing and licensing. Special:Upload, the only upload method Wookieepedia supports, will ask you to provide this information. If you keep breaking the image policy or providing false info in your upload descriptions, it'll be seen as vandalism and could get you blocked. Thanks. --DarthRuiz30 (talk) 04:01, April 15, 2019 (UTC)

Template

Hello, please ensure you use the complete template. Also, make sure your articles are formatted correctly, like this. Putting in a little effort and paying attention to detail can significantly improve the site. Thank you. --Lewisr (talk) 23:33, November 28, 2019 (UTC)

  • To reiterate, please make sure you're using the complete template. -- Lewisr ( talk ) 03:13, December 31, 2019 (UTC)
  • I apologize, but I'm unsure about which template I made a mistake on. Could it be the Image template? Also, can you tell me how to correct it? I thought I was finally getting the hang of creating pages correctly... Thank you for your assistance! -- TK-462 ( talk ) 03:17, December 31, 2019 (UTC) Now that it's been fixed, I understand what you meant. Thank you! --TK-462 (talk) 03:19, December 31, 2019 (UTC) My apologies for not being more clear, but no problem! It's best to use the full infobox template, even if you don't fill in every single row --Lewisr (talk) 03:21, December 31, 2019 (UTC) Great, I think I clicked the wrong one, I had to check a few different pages to see which one was the right one! I'm still learning. Thank you for the help, I'm sure I'll have more questions in the future. --TK-462 (talk) 03:42, December 31, 2019 (UTC) I understand you're learning, but please try to apply the advice given, as you've repeated the same mistake. Whether you complete the entire infobox template or not, you should still include the whole thing on the page and complete the fields you need. Here's what you should do to format your pages, hopefully it will be of assistance. Also, remember to add categories to the page, such as Category:Blasters for blasters, etc. --Lewisr (talk) 15:09, December 31, 2019 (UTC) No worries! I understand, don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it --Lewisr (talk) 15:10, December 31, 2019 (UTC)

Images

That's alright, no worries! Are you referring to this? That seems like a good idea! --Lewisr (talk) 18:13, December 31, 2019 (UTC)

  • You should add it to the image, but the template should appear before you upload so you can fill it out! Does it not appear? -- Lewisr ( talk ) 17:25, January 2, 2020 (UTC)

Bioweapon

Do these items specifically state they are bioweapons? If they don't, then I wouldn't include them. You must specify which sources use the term "bioweapon," or the page might be removed. --Lewisr (talk) 20:08, January 2, 2020 (UTC)

  • Feel free to add the ones that mention bioweapons, but just because some are listed on the blue shadow virus page doesn't automatically mean they should be on the bioweapon page. -- Lewisr ( talk ) 20:34, January 2, 2020 (UTC) No worries! You mentioned that Star Wars: The Rebel Files mentions bioweapons, if this is the case, then you can add it to a source section --Lewisr (talk) 20:46, January 2, 2020 (UTC) It is not necessary to list something in 'sources' if it is already listed in 'appearances' --Lewisr (talk) 21:09, January 2, 2020 (UTC)

Uploading

Hello! Please ensure that your uploads are formatted correctly, including the addition of file categories. I've already taken care of it for one of your uploads; please do the same for the other file you uploaded. If you need any assistance, please let me know! Cheers, 1358 (Talk) 00:33, January 3, 2020 (UTC)

CAN -> GAN

Hello TK, I'd like to offer some advice concerning Unidentified warehouse (Nakadia). When a CAN or GAN exceeds its word limit, the initial step should be to request an EC or AC member to archive the nomination. After it's archived, you can proceed with moving the article up and nominating it for GAN or FAN. Please refrain from immediately starting a GAN before the CAN is archived, as you did with the warehouse, which resulted in the article having two active nominations simultaneously. Also, please don't remove the nomination from the CAN page or the CAnom template from the article, as this is the responsibility of the EC member who is archiving the nomination. We need to keep track of the specific edit when the CAnom template was removed, and doing it yourself only makes our archives confusing. Finally, please don't copy objections from the CAN, as the GAN is a separate nomination, so you're starting fresh. Ideally, you should address any outstanding objections before or while waiting for an EC to archive the CAN, then mention in the comments "all CAN objections have been addressed" if necessary.

Please keep this in mind for future situations. You haven't done anything wrong, I just wanted to provide you with a better understanding of our procedures. In general, it appears you were a bit too eager when setting up the GAN, so next time, please wait for the CAN to be archived before moving on to the GAN. Rushing the process won't make the article pass any faster. Thank you for your cooperation. Tommy Macaroni 09:32, May 1, 2020 (UTC)

Sockpuppetry

Hi TK. Based on your edits here, it seems 204.16.58.14 is another account of yours, so I'd like to make you aware of our Sockpuppetry policy. Whether you simply forgot to log into your primary account or not, sockpuppetry is strictly prohibited, and you should always use your registered account. While there's clearly no malicious intent in your failure to use your account, such as avoiding a ban, Wookieepedia maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any instances of sockpuppetry. Therefore, I kindly request that you remember to log in with your main account and discontinue using 204.16.58.14 for editing. Thank you for your cooperation. Tommy-Macaroni 18:34, May 3, 2020 (UTC)

  • Yes, that's correct! I apologize for that, I was editing from my phone and didn't realize it until I tried to sign a comment. Thanks for pointing it out, it won't happen again. TK-462 ( talk ) 18:52, May 3, 2020 (UTC)

Communication station CAN

Hello! Could you please inform me if you have completed updating the article, so I can review the changes made. Please note that the nomination is nearing the seven-day inactivity mark (starting from my most recent comment on May 9th), after which it may be subject to removal. Therefore, your response is required before the 16th. QuiGonJinn (Talk) 13:11, May 14, 2020 (UTC)

  • Hello! I apologize, I haven't been able to connect on IRC. I wanted to confirm with you that the objections had been addressed. Thank you for the reminder! TK-462 ( talk ) 17:00, May 14, 2020 (UTC) I'm going to have to rewatch the battle scenes in the film more thoroughly myself, so I can compare them to both novelizations and see how the locations figures in each source. I'll let you know what I come up with. QuiGonJinn (Talk) 13:23, May 18, 2020 (UTC) I'll do the same so we're on the same page this time. I won't be available today as I have to process my test for the military, but I'll do my best tobe active on the IRC when i get a chance. TK-462 (talk) 14:21, May 18, 2020 (UTC) Unfortunately my work schedule currently doesn't allow me to frequent IRC more often during those UTC times, so I'm unable to catch you there. Anyway, I have now rewatched the film and I think I've gotten the chronology figured out. In the film, Obi-Wan and the clones deliberately move out in front of the communication station in order to engage the droid forces there, as part of the plan to draw out the droids and allow Anakin and Ahsoka to sneak via the Metal Gear Solid crate tactic. Obi-Wan and the clones then fall back to the communication station and the battle continues there. You can see that it's the same location as the one where the briefing took place if you look at the shape of a huge hole in the wall that's already there. Obi-Wan commands Rex to fall back again, while he stays at the communication station to delay the droids. Both novelizations also state this. Most of the droid army moves past the communication station; the clones continue to fight them there. Some droids remain to fight Obi-Wan, until Loathsom arrives and Obi-Wan "surrenders" With the shield taken out, Rex opens fire with the heavy cannons on the droid forces. Republic reinforcements arrive, Obi-Wan takes Loathsom captive, and the battle is over. In my opinion, this means several things for the article: 1) There is no contradiction with either novel adaptation, they all actually do align with the film upon closer examination, so the conflicting template and the Bts explanation can be removed. 2) It needs to be mentioned that the communication station took heavy damage during the battle, as both novelizations explicitly state this. 3) The article needs to be expanded further, explaining that both Obi-Wan's stand vs. the droids and subsequent negotiation with Loathsom took place at this location. 4) The part about Kenobi fighting with the clones to regain the station is incorrect - Kenobi was already present there, having captured Loathsom and subsequently meeting Yoda there. 5) When talking about the subject's first appearance in the Bts, you need to mention both the adult novel and the junior novel as simultaneous first appearance, listing both authors. I think it would also be great to add the exact date that they were released on, with an official site providing a reference for the release date. See Ruescott Melshi's Bts for an example of this. 6) After the article has been sufficiently expanded, it will definitely need more quotes and images, so make sure to provide those. If you agree with my ideas and decide to follow with my proposed changes, by all means try nominating this for the GA status. Hope that helps. QuiGonJinn (Talk) 20:38, May 20, 2020 (UTC) Understood, thank you for taking the time to investigate this. I'll address it as I go. TK-462 (talk) 01:53, May 21, 2020 (UTC)

Blizzard Force unit two-two-eight-seven

Hello, I wanted to inform you that my objection to Blizzard Force unit two-two-eight-seven is almost a week old, and if it's not addressed by tomorrow, the nomination will be removed. I'm leaving this message here because I believe you might have overlooked it. UberSoldat93 (talk) 15:32, May 19, 2020 (UTC)

GANs

Hi TK, I have just removed your nomination for Hez's squad. The GAN currently states: "Users must successfully complete one Good article nomination before they can have two nominations active on the GAN page at one time. Likewise, users must complete two successful GA nominations before they can have three, and three successful GA nominations before they can have four." Now this is a recently passed rule, so it would not have affected your old nominations. Despite you previously having 4 active GANs with no successful ones, those nominations were grandfathered in for the sake of fairness. However, when you nominated this new article that was not grandfathered in, it was liable to this new rule. As such, it has been deleted, as you then had three active GANs despite not having the required two successful nominations. Your current two GANs, while ordinarily breaking this rule, will not be removed due to this system. However, any further nominations from you will be liable to removal via this system. Thank you for your cooperation. Tommy-Macaroni 08:51, May 27, 2020 (UTC)

Mixer death

Hey Tk! Sorry to bother you about this again, but this time we can actually pinpoint Mixer's death to 21 BBY. Star Wars Helmet Collection 76 places Ponds' death in R2 Come Home in 21 BBY, and then using the episode order, you can easily figure out the rest. Once again, apologies haha --Lewisr (talk) 02:52, June 14, 2020 (UTC)

  • Thank you for the information, I'm glad we can establish a definitive date. TK-462 ( talk ) 17:20, June 14, 2020 (UTC) No worries! Just be sure to use Star Wars Helmet Collection 76 (Highlights of the Saga: The End of Endurance) (which is the specific part of the issue which dates his death) in the reference note --Lewisr (talk) 17:34, June 14, 2020 (UTC) Great, that's very helpful.
