Are SWTOR Main Characters Proficient in Slicing and Piloting? Is it incorrect to state that player characters in SWTOR are skilled slicers and pilots? They are depicted accessing, circumventing, and, one might say, slicing into computer systems and consoles. Additionally, they operate their own spacecraft. Should we create a page dedicated to the upcoming SWTOR expansion, Pinnacles of Power, or should we postpone its creation until its actual release tomorrow? Andrewh7 (talk) 03:08, February 11, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7 ## Regarding Crew Skills Hey Ruiz, I brought this up with Imp on IRC the other day, and before moving forward, I wanted to get your take on it: How would you feel about creating a subpage under WP:TOR that includes tables for each skill, listing the mission titles and the corresponding in-game descriptions? Considering the lore contained within these descriptions, which are mostly unavailable outside the game on sites like Jedipedia, I believe this would be a valuable addition. I'm just looking for your opinion on the idea. Fan26 (Talk) 18:50, February 11, 2020 (UTC) - Due to the fact that all Crew Skill missions have been faction-neutral since update 4.1 (the reason for which is unknown to me), we would also need to search through archived websites. -- Rakhsh ( talk ) 18:57, February 11, 2020 (UTC) Thanks for the update, Nostalgia. Fan26 (Talk) 19:02, February 11, 2020 (UTC) - Just to add: while crew skill missions are not easily found outside the game, TOR community lists them all with their descriptions (up to Update 5.9). I also have all of them recorded in my personal files. On a slightly different note, finding story mails is much more difficult. The content of these mails is highly dependent on the mission outcomes, and no website currently lists them. My collection is based on extensive gameplay, and I'm sure I'm still missing some. Winterz ( talk ) 22:10, February 11, 2020 (UTC) ## Affiliation Limitations Is there a specific rule that restricts the affiliations list to exclude schools or institutions? If individuals attended and received training at these places, they are, or at least were, affiliated with them. Andrewh7 (talk) 22:26, February 11, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7 ## Questions About Notability Hello! I hope I am not bothering you, but I am unsure how to demonstrate notability for articles, and I require assistance. My article pertains to a clone trooper who actually exists – the one who punched a droid on Christophsis and was visible for a brief moment. Could you please assist me in editing the article to include evidence of notability? Gligo13 (talk) 10:15, February 23, 2020 (UTC)Gligo13 ## Regarding JEK-14 Hello, my page was removed even though it contained official Star Wars material, and the quote that led to its deletion was spoken by Darth Vader in the video. Could it be restored and designated as non-canon in all continuities, similar to the Jek-14 article in Legends? (I don't intend to be impolite; I invested a considerable amount of time in it.)—Unsigned comment by Sproob (talk • contribs). ## Inquiry About "The Apprentice (TV Series)" Could you provide an explanation for the deletion of my page, despite its foundation on official Lucasfilm material? --Sproob (talk) 00:45, March 2, 2020 (UTC) ## Follow-Up I posted a message on the discussion page for the article on the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire, and although it's only been two days, I haven't received any feedback. Would you mind reviewing it and responding either on the talk page or on my personal talk page? --Erebus Chronus (talk) 21:33, March 14, 2020 (UTC) ## Concerning Talk Page Warnings Hey Ruiz, my apologies, I completely forgot about that rule! --Vitus InfinitusTalk 08:56, March 17, 2020 (UTC) ## Question About a Deleted List Why was my page removed? I dedicated a significant amount of time to creating that page. The information was current and relevant. The comment you left stated "nonsensically." What does that mean? Please explain what I need to do to correct it so I can repost it.—Unsigned comment by Zdog0701 (talk • contribs). ## Acknowledgment of Assistance Thank you for your assistance and contributions regarding the clone list. Red Heathen (talk) 02:50, April 11, 2020 (UTC) ## Regarding the Battle of Endor Hello, Darth Ruiz. I recently made edits to the Battle of Endor page, and I noticed that you reverted them. Could you explain why? Thank you. VergenceScatter (talk) 23:20, April 11, 2020 (UTC)VergenceScatter ## Regarding The Eclipse (Legends) The Eclipse (Legends) should also be considered a Legends Star Destroyer equipped with a superlaser, similar to the Death Star. The ship's own page on this site confirms this: https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Eclipse_(Eclipse-class)#cite_note-DESB-0 Here is a quote from that page: The most important development in the design of the Eclipse was its main weapon, a concealed superlaser running along the spine of the ship. Based on the technology of the Death Star, the Eclipse's single superlaser could fire at two-thirds the power of one of the Death Star's superlaser components, a feat made possible by advances in superlaser focusing and generator technology. The weapon was capable of destroying even the most powerful planetary shields and entire continents in an instant. It could also crack the crust of planets and rip enemy capital ships apart with a single shot, although early in the Eclipse's construction, the laser was prone to breakdowns. The superlaser was difficult to aim, as the entire vessel needed to be aligned with the target for it to do so. According to Admiral Motti in the field manual Imperial Handbook: A Commander's Guide, the superlaser's primary purpose was to penetrate planetary shields as well as destroy cities in a single blast. Again, if a citation/reference is required, then one can be provided. In fact, a reference was provided to the Dark Empire Sourcebook, from which the above information originates. Yet despite that the edit was undone/reverted anyway. I therefore request that the edit be allowed to stand in view of how, in fact, the Eclipse in Legends does indeed have it's own Death Star-esque super laser. --Black-Mandalorian22 (talk) 07:10, April 16, 2020 (UTC) ## Cease and Desist. DarthRuiz30 YOU need to stop pinging me and being the boss on following me around, especially you and Lewisr removing the "(Season 7)" mark for certain actors pages and saying in your own words as "unnecessary" when literally this is their only season appearance! --Doofenshmirtz95 (talk) 22:51, April 17, 2020 (UTC) ## Regarding Duplicate Categories I've noticed a couple of instances where there are duplicate categories serving the same purpose, such as Dathomiri and Dathomirians, and potentially Military personnel of the Sith Empire and Imperial Army personnel of the Sith Empire. Could one of each pair be deleted after the content is moved to the other, or could they be merged? Having two categories for the exact same thing seems unnecessary. Andrewh7 (talk) 03:41, April 20, 2020 (UTC) Andrewh7 ## Work In Progress Apologies for that; I'm just eager to get things done as quickly as possible. I understand that applying the tag to too many articles simultaneously can create... complications. I'll remove them if you haven't already. Thank you for the heads-up. Cheers! --Erebus Chronus (talk) 22:19, April 21, 2020 (UTC) ## Concerning the "Duel of the Fates" Edit Hello, I observed that you reverted my modifications to The Rise of Skywalker article concerning Trevorrow's rendition of the film. I'm curious as to why this action was taken, considering that I provided three separate references to the sources, in addition to the existing confirmation of their legitimacy by Trevorrow himself earlier in the article. If there's any way I could have improved my contribution, I'd be happy to implement those changes. As mentioned in my edit description, I was initiating what was intended to be a more extensive expansion of the article, so should I have waited until I had a more comprehensive synopsis of the Duel of the Fate's plot prepared? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. CannonProductions (talk) 03:19, April 23, 2020 (UTC) ## Question About 19 BBY Why did you revert the Inquisitorius page? The 'Dark Lord 6' comic book is set in 19 BBY, indicating that the Inquisitorius was founded in 19 BBY. I even provided an explanation. --Marco 1907 (talk) 20:59, April 26, 2020 (UTC) I mentioned that the Dark Lord 6 comic book states that the timeline is 19 BBY, and the comic depicts the Inquisitors as already established before that point. If the timeline is unclear, you could modify the text to indicate that the Dark Lord 6 comic book's timeline is uncertain. I'm referring to this: https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Darth_Vader:_Dark_Lord_of_the_Sith_6 Please refer to the info box. ## Request to Become a Moderator May I become a moderator? --Benellim4super90 (talk) 16:17, April 30, 2020 (UTC) ## Regarding 3RR and Clone Wars Hello! I believe I may have posted my topic in the wrong forum after reviewing the others more thoroughly. Could you assist me with this and perhaps address the topic itself? It concerns permissible attributes in the "preceded by" and "followed by" fields. https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Forum:SH:Clone_Wars_Legacy?t=20200427195155 --Tetsu Aero (talk) 20:33, April 30, 2020 (UTC) ## Question About the "Raid on Ziro's Palace" Page I have a query regarding your reversion of my edit on the Raid on Ziro the Hutt's Coruscant pleasure palace page. I modified the page because I believed that the battle droids featured could not be definitively identified as B1s, but you stated that it was acceptable to refer to them as such since they resemble B1s. While I appreciate this approach, as it simplifies my workbench (allowing me to classify the Teth dungeon droids and Ziro droids as B1s), I must point out that the droids exhibit markings similar to those found on OOM-series units, which are the predecessors to B1s, not B1s themselves. These markings are akin to those on the OOM security battle droids from the Citadel arc. Do you think we can still assume they are B1s despite this discrepancy?--Editoronthewiki (talk) 04:53, May 2, 2020 (UTC) - It's true that the markings aren't entirely identical. The palace droids don't seem to have the same coloring or placement of coloring on the back of the head as the Citadel security droids. They also appear to lack the side coloring seen on the comlink booster packs of Citadel security units. It's a bit confusing, as there seem to be at least 2 animation model variants for Citadel security and 2-3 variants for Ziro's droids. One of the Ziro types resembles a command droid but isn't that type. Its markings aren't yellow; it's just that the head is colored in the same spot. So, even though the markings are similar to OOM units, should I follow your suggestion and assume they are B1s?-- Editoronthewiki ( talk ) 19:11, May 2, 2020 (UTC) After seeing this unit, I think I might have to open a Senate Hall thread on this instead. Sorry to bug you about it--Editoronthewiki (talk) 19:39, May 2, 2020 (UTC) So, basically, if I cannot something is a B1 or not, assume it is a B1? Thank you, I have a feeling that will make my workbench easier. Can I get your opinion on this though?--Editoronthewiki (talk) 20:25, May 2, 2020 (UTC) Hello? Sorry if I have been annoying during this--Editoronthewiki (talk) 14:23, May 3, 2020 (UTC) I took your advice to heart by the way. I used this idea on the 4-A7 page I nominated and said the three battle droids were B1s. Thank you--Editoronthewiki (talk) 21:59, May 4, 2020 (UTC) ## Regarding ORS The content I am posting is accurately placed within the Old Republic Standard timeline. ## Clarification on G-G and Cheep Could you explain why my most recent two edits were reverted? ## Question About Cast and Crew Sources If a source, such as Deadline or /Film, corroborates rumors regarding cast or crew announcements, is that deemed reliable enough to initiate a page, or is it necessary to have confirmation from an official source like the Star Wars website or social media? I'm curious. I understand that simply announcing something isn't sufficient, but when a credible source claims to have confirmed it, it seems adequate to me. However, I wanted to be certain. Thank you for your time. Roger Murtaugh (talk) 02:09, May 5, 2020 (UTC) ## Acknowledgment of Warning Thank you for alerting me about including sources on the Harrower's page. Please go through your uploads and please update them with their respective archive link. You can get those backup links here Thank you for reminding me about backup links. I believe the image associated with the Mist-Weavers article is incorrect. In both the novel and manga adaptations, Shareen is a human female, while Awglk and Wkk'e are Insectoids. However, differentiating them in the comic book version is difficult. Could you clarify the reasoning behind your decision?--Tomeito (talk) 11:59, July 1, 2020 (UTC) ## Seeking Clarification and Assistance Hello, DarthRuiz30, I noticed you had some concerns regarding the articles and files I posted, which resulted in a one-day block due to the lack of proper sources. I agree with this decision, as it encourages other site members to contribute to these articles with unbiased perspectives and access to verifiable evidence. However, I am pleased that nothing has been deleted or removed yet, suggesting that there may be some valid sources present in the articles and files. I have a few questions regarding the articles for SW Droids: Season of Revolt (TPB), Dark Dragon Books, and the two images of the unreleased "Shadow of Vader" covers. I acknowledge that the "Season of Revolt" TPB article requires better sourcing, but I haven't located an official page with the WayBackMachine on the Boxtree Website (and I'm unsure if articles on Rebelscum and Jeditemplearchives qualify as sufficient evidence, considering that I and many others in the UK and Europe own the trade paperback). Regarding Dark Dragon Books, I've linked the article to as many pages on the official website as possible. Would a bibliography of their publications be sufficient proof? (Or is the publisher irrelevant, given that many countries have third-party publishers for certain books, and not all of them have pages on Wookieepedia?). Finally, concerning the "Shadow of Vader" issue covers, I found the official source of the images at https://www.starwars.com/news/nycc-2018-lucasfilm-publishing-panel, but I sought additional sources for confirmation. Assuming this source is adequate, may these images be included in the official article? I hope this message isn't overly lengthy and that you have time to address my questions. --MurfelDurvel (talk) 15:16, July 2, 2020 (UTC) Thank you for responding, I have answers to your suggestions down here: If you have any more suggestions and tips let me know MurfelDurvel (talk) 07:57, July 3, 2020 (UTC) - I will add the templates, I am quite new to all this so I will look into how I need to implement them and when. As for backup links, that's also something I need to learn, but I will add them by the end of the week. I have got pretty much all the info I need, although my last question is that I've accidentally uploaded a file that was already present on the site (the file that was present being https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/File:TotJ-DLotSCDCover.jpg), so how do I delete that file? Did you see the follow-up question I asked you? ## Inquiry About NPCs in Sims 4 I'm revisiting the topic of the Sims 4 expansion to discuss NPCs. I've been compiling a list of NPC names within the game, but I'm uncertain if the names are consistent across all instances of the game. Some names are repeated with different NPCs, while other first and last names are reused. For instance, I discovered three characters with the first name "Qurzit" and two different NPCs named "Travor Roeder" (one female, one male). I'm unsure if the NPCs can be classified as canon and used in the same manner as Infinity 3.0 NPCs. I suspect the game may be randomly generating names from a list. Could it be that the game is not even a source for canon? What are your thoughts? Ite93 (talk) 21:09, September 25, 2020 (UTC) ## Question Regarding Lego as a Source Hello! Hello, your assistance would be greatly valued in relocating the page currently at Edijan-Prince to Edjian-Prince, as the latter represents the accurate title for the subject. I'm encountering a problem when attempting to reposition images, causing the headers to be displaced. This is particularly noticeable and undesirable in the Pyke Syndicate article. Christhewalrus (talk) 06:04, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
Why are my contributions being deemed incorrect? My modification to the Jesse article improved its appearance by preventing the header from being pushed aside and separated from the quote below it. Your alteration has resulted in a misalignment between the quote, the text, and the header. Furthermore, the spacing I introduced was minimal, so I'm unsure why it's problematic. The novelization does not explicitly identify Kazuda as the individual who introduces himself as the pilot of the Fireball. I'm curious whether it would be advantageous to include citations for each planet listed on the List of planets. While the individual planet pages contain references, incorporating them directly into the list would streamline the process of locating information regarding each planet, its inhabitants, and related details. This would also simplify the tasks of reviewing and verifying the information presented. Additionally, I'm unsure how we will determine when the list is comprehensive enough to warrant removing the "incomplete" designation. I recognize that these questions are best addressed on the article's talk page, but I haven't received a response there in over a year. Given your administrative experience and familiarity with the article, I believe you are well-suited to provide guidance. CanePlayz (talk) 16:54, 8 November 2020 (UTC)

My situation arose from the limited acceptance of Clone Private as a canon rank, primarily due to its appearance in Galaxy of Heroes, which is not considered canon. The Clone Private in SWGH is merely a placeholder, as evidenced by the presence of other clones like Captain Rex and Commander Cody. The developers or higher-ups likely included it for completeness. No other source, including books, comics, TV shows, movies, or games, mentions Clone Private outside of SWGH. The moderation team failed to engage in dialogue and explain their reasoning, instead directing me to their forum and reverting my changes. Therefore, I'm seeking clarification and a deeper understanding of the lore from anyone willing to provide it.
Certain SWTOR characters, such as Satele Shan, Mandalore the Avenger/Shae Vizla, and possibly Jace Malcom, currently have outdated images in their infoboxes. These images depict their appearances prior to SWTOR and no longer accurately reflect their current designs. I suggest updating these images to reflect their appearances within SWTOR rather than their cinematic trailer portrayals. Andrewh7 (talk) 01:56, 11 January 2021 (UTC) Andrewh7
Given the unusual protection of the talk page for Robin Pronovost by Toprawa & Ralltir, I have limited avenues for raising this issue. With all due respect to Robin Pronovost and the transgender community, I contend that removing information such as deadnames is counterproductive and inconsistent with the principles of an encyclopedia. While I concur that the page's title should remain unchanged, it's illogical to erase all traces of their deadname, particularly considering its use in credits for their Star Wars works. Wikis should not be subject to censorship. Although the official Fandom decision only addressed article titles, this remains a sensitive topic, and I seek permission before reintroducing any such information. --Potsk (talk) 18:31, 3 April 2021 (UTC)
Apparently, my understanding of the term "commanding officers" is flawed, as I assumed it encompassed all members of a command structure. I also believed that if an officer was absent or deceased, command would automatically transfer to the next highest-ranking member.
Greetings! I have some inquiries regarding one of your templates on Wookieepedia. As an editor from the Assassin's Creed wiki, we occasionally adapt your templates (with proper attribution). I'm particularly interested in the "Credits" template and how you determine which individuals to include in the 'crew' section. I'm free to edit once more! --Ahem.. I mean-- So, instead of engaging in a discussion, you opted to block me from further editing. How considerate... utterly amicable, not at all hostile - no one should challenge your edits, even if they offer greater insights or are accurate. And certainly, no one should criticize your edits and then summon the administrators, who will ultimately silence you if you persist, rendering the "helpful editor" permanently inactive. I believed the page was lacking and could benefit from expansion, and I possessed additional knowledge that could be added. However, I was instead crushed by power-hungry administrators, reduced to a helpless ant that I had been striving to avoid being trampled upon by your kind. Ultimately, I fail to comprehend why I even bothered contributing to this wiki - I wish I could reclaim the time I invested in those edits - I've even spent considerable time composing this message to express my opinion, which will undoubtedly be disregarded and promptly reverted (like my other edits) to conceal evidence of your blocking me and my subsequent outcry. I now understand why there's a decline in wiki editors who no longer volunteer their time. Excellent job discouraging them. 👍 PS - Block me again after this if you wish; I won't be returning, as I've already voiced my sentiments, and I have no interest in your response, which will likely be nonexistent. You'll undoubtedly be pleased, as it eliminates one less "troll" to contend with, correct? Heh. ZW2018 (talk) 07:39, 23 December 2021 (UTC)
As demonstrated here (and here), I proposed relocating the canon and Legends pages for the species to non-parenthetical titles, as the species is more significant than the planet/astronomical object in both continuities. Hello DarthRuiz30, a user is consistently removing crucial, sourced information from the "Jedi Code" article in both the "Legends" and "Canon" sections. I see that you've addressed this issue previously, but it's happening again. They're primarily attempting to delete information about George Lucas' views on the matter and introducing biased speculations. Other users are trying to correct the situation, but this person is persistent. I urge you to intervene. Bendeguz01 (talk) 19:10, 6 March 2022 (UTC) Bendeguz01
Sometimes there's no additional information available about a topic, even when it's marked as "This page needs editing," for example, Pole arm. Are editors permitted to add non-conflicting with canon information to enrich and enhance a page, provided no existing information is removed or contradicted? If so, would a draft be submitted for approval?
The Florida Companies are displeased and are criticizing Disney due to the Star Wars content on Disney+. Disney's CEO may be terminated for alleged tax evasion and failure to properly report income, which is why the Florida Companies are seeking the removal of Star Wars series and Visions from Disney Plus.
I disagree. I also find it illogical that the Alliance Commander took command of the Knights, considering that few survived and even fewer joined him, remaining loyal to Valkorion. He never officially commanded them under Zakuul. In terms of lore, it seems illogical that the Knights would blindly join the Alliance, given their fanatical loyalty to Valkorion. It would be highly improbable since Zakuul was Valkorion's focus, and their betrayal of him seems illogical. Also, to clarify, this isn't about editing but rather a discussion on the lore.
Was it only Senya's group of Knights that joined the Eternal Alliance, while the rest perished or defected to the Order of Zildrog? I believe the Alliance's takeover would only intensify the Knights' animosity towards the Alliance Commander, given their fanaticism towards Valkorion. If so, only a small group of Knights even joined the Alliance. I also believe that Zakuul sought independence from the Alliance because of their fanaticism, and all of the Scions died defending Valkorion. Additionally, I find it illogical that many Eternal Empire soldiers would join the Alliance, considering their fanaticism towards the Royal Family and their contempt for the Commander. Reverting due to "!not a parameter" seems odd, especially when the parameter is consistently removed without explanation. Cinematography is crucial for television productions, particularly in the case of Obi-Wan Kenobi, as the cinematographer has worked on multiple award-winning movies and shows. I don't understand why Wookieepedia is so resistant to including such important information about a show. CharlotteSmoothie (talk) 02:56, 2 June 2022 (UTC)
Could you please reinstate File:ILM TROS fleet.png? You deleted it claiming it was unused, but it is actually used in a citation on Citizens' Fleet. rjd1922 (talk) 17:37, 11 August 2022 (UTC)

I am confused and would appreciate your help. I discuss the issue on the Talk page for Friends Like These, and I hope you will please be patient with me and help me understand about canon and new characters. Just prior to reading this Talk page, I had updated Bellows' article to reflect that he is a canon character, but it seems I might be wrong, which is what is confusing because 1) he is a new character, and 2) the book is noted as being canon, which is what is making this difficult for me. Hi, I noticed that you are the admin that specializes in SW game content and I thought it might be worth noting that Variable Altitude Republic Patrol Vehicle article has a problems that I think could be worth addressing. Currently the weapon section of the infobox of the article is largely filled in with details provided in the Prima Guide, however that information absolutely contradicts the details in the vehicle summary provided by the guide on the very same page as well as the gameplay. How do we resolve this contradiction? Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 06:21, 6 February 2024 (UTC)
Hello! I left a message for you on Discord, but I'm also posting here for good measure. Is everything alright with you? It appears your activity has fallen short of the admin activity requirements. Since I neglected to provide you with the four-month and five-month warnings, I think it's only fair to grant you one month from today to increase your mainspace edits. Otherwise, you will unfortunately have to be de-sysop'ed. Take care! Imperators II(Talk) 18:59, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
