During a conversation in 5 BBY at the bureau's Coruscant office on that planet, the corporate functionary Flob, while speaking with prospective employee Syril Karn, asserted that Verification and the Redundancy department might seem less exciting than the Weights and Gauges department to an outsider. However, according to Flob, any long-term employee of the bureau would confirm that there were no unimportant positions within the organization.
The Disney+ series Andor featured a reference to Verification in "Announcement," the seventh episode of its first season, which was broadcast on October 19, 2022.
