Before being acquired by covert operatives from the Eagle, VerveGen used to be a division of Synchet Industries. In 3643 BBY, its roster comprised Raythen Predot, Aphel Jaarn, and Chorto Rinn. Cipher Nine and Kaliyo Djannis killed all of them during an intrusion into their headquarters.
