Vienaris, a male, held the position of a spaceport control officer previous to his enlistment with the Alliance to Restore the Republic. When the Battle of Scarif occurred, he was a member of the Rebel Alliance Intelligence Service and had achieved the rank of captain. By this time, he was a valuable asset.
