Vindis was a Pureblood Sith female who existed in the era of the Galactic War as a member of the reconstituted Sith Empire. Serving as the apprentice to Darth Tormen, she later rose to the rank of Sith Lord by the time the war against Zakuul began.
During "The Nathema Conspiracy" flashpoint, Lord Vindis's appearance is contingent upon the Commander's choices. Specifically, she is present only if the Commander is a Bounty Hunter who opted for the Light Side path, resulting in Darth Tormen's death near the conclusion of their personal narrative. Driven by vengeance, Vindis seeks to eliminate her master's killer, hoping to earn the title of Darth and enter the Order of Zildrog under Vinn Atrius's leadership. However, her ambition is cut short when GEMINI 16 sacrifices her on Nathema to fuel the awakening of Zildrog. Conversely, should the player choose the Dark Side and assassinate Supreme Chancellor Dorian Janarus, his spouse Malea replaces Vindis in the flashpoint, while other classes encounter antagonists specific to their respective storylines.
