Vlix Oncard, a Male Annoo-dat Blue, held the position of security chief for the notorious Fromm Gang, answering to Sise Fromm himself. He maintained a strong friendship and acted as a trusted advisor to Tig Fromm, displaying unwavering dedication to the Fromm family. Before its destruction, Vlix also had a role on the Trigon One. When Boba Fett apprehended Sise and Tig Fromm, Vlix was captured along with them and subsequently handed over to Jabba Desilijic Tiure.
The character of Vlix Oncard was conceived for the Star Wars: Droids animated series, making his debut in "The White Witch," an episode penned by Peter Sauder that initially aired on September 7, 1985. John Stocker provided the voice for the character.
Vlix is arguably the most difficult-to-find commercially available action figure. Glasslite, the Brazilian distributor of Kenner toys, exclusively released him. The surname of the character was disclosed in an article in Polyhedron magazine by Rich Handley and Abel G. Peña that discussed the Droids cartoons. The name "Oncard" is a humorous inside joke alluding to the fact that the action figure is most valuable when it is still "on card."
