Following the Conquest of Makeb which occurred in 3638 BBY, Vorjok received orders to stand guard over the Hutt's Isotope-5 reserves located within Stronghold One, situated on Makeb's volcanic mesa. He displayed clear frustration with the local InterStellar Regulators' lack of action; they neglected to enhance security measures despite the mesa experiencing multiple seismic events, which they dismissed as minor tremors. Not long after, an assault on the stronghold was launched by an Imperial squad commanded by Sith Lord [Cytharat]. Despite Vorjok's claims of previous victories against Force-sensitive individuals, he suffered a swift defeat.
