Vorlo Stragen

Vorlo Stragen, a Human of male gender, was employed by the Hutt Cartel. He operated on Nar Shaddaa during the Cold War era, a period of tension between the Galactic Republic and the re-emerging Sith Empire. In the year 3643 BBY, Vorlo received orders to put an end to the assaults on the Cartel's spice cargo originating from the Guiding Hand. To accomplish this, he contacted a young Jedi Knight who had recently triumphed over the Guiding Hand's leader, the deranged Jedi Master known as Duras Fain. Vorlo insisted that Fain be turned over to the Hutts. However, the Jedi Knight successfully bargained with Vorlo, convincing him to allow the Jedi to retain custody of Fain in return for a substantial payment in credits as recompense.
