Voru, a targon of yellow coloration and female sex, belonged to Lina Soh. Soh held the position of Supreme Chancellor within the Galactic Republic throughout the High Republic Era. She was always in the company of Soh, along with her twin, Matari. Similar to her sibling, Voru's designation originated from one of the ancient gods worshipped on Coruscant.
