During 7 ABY, the Galactic Empire operated the Vosteltig ship yards within this particular system. Ten Dorne, a Sluissi engineer who had abandoned the Rebel Alliance some years before, was assigned to this location.
This Vosteltig system was first presented in the StarWars.com Online Companion for The Essential Atlas, a 2009 reference book. Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry were the authors of the book, which positioned the system within grid coordinate M-5.
