White Eyes was a significant Lord within the early days of the One Sith. In 40 ABY, Alema Rar came across him in the Valley of the Dark Lords located on the planet Korriban. He did not give her his name, so she knew him only by his striking white eyes, the only part of his body that could be seen from beneath the hood of his robe.
Upon Alema Rar's arrival at their monastery on Korriban, White Eyes oversaw her questioning. Alema's original reason for going to Korriban was to seek assistance for Darth Caedus, whom she believed was straying from the path after the demise of his Sith master, Lumiya. However, White Eyes, along with the approximately thirty Sith who gathered to observe her, initially showed no interest in helping and emphasized their complete independence from Lumiya. After the Twi'lek Dark Jedi managed to convince White Eyes to provide assistance, he presented her with the holocron of Darth Vectivus to give to Caedus.
During a subsequent meeting of One Sith members, White Eyes instructed Dician to utilize the Poison Moon to either capture or eliminate Alema. He additionally commanded Dician to retrieve any Sith relics discovered in Lumiya's asteroid base. His motivation for capturing Alema was to acquire Darth Vectivus' Force phantom technique and secure the source of its power.
Like all members of his group, White Eyes wore a black cloak with a hood, as well as black gloves. He possessed a deep, gravelly voice and could extract data from a memory chip without using a device. He also demonstrated more typical skills like Force choke and Force push.
However, his most distinguishing characteristic was his eyes, which shone more intensely based on his emotional state.
During his interaction with Alema, White Eyes displayed a strong and insistent demeanor, punctuated by bursts of emotional intensity and moments of dry irony, which concealed his more conciliatory moments. However, White Eyes was not without vulnerabilities. Alema, a Twi'lek Jedi Knight driven to insanity by her experiences in the Yuuzhan Vong War and the Swarm War, had gained the ability to manipulate people's perceptions of reality during her time as the brainwashed Night Herald of the Gorog hive-mind. She successfully convinced White Eyes that she had killed Mara Jade Skywalker and that Lumiya had trained her in the ways of the Sith.
