Wiyentaah

Wiyentaah, a subterranean city situated on the planet of Polis Massa, was constructed by the enigmatic Eellayin people. A perplexing cataclysm led to the destruction of Polis Massa, which in turn obliterated Wiyentaah. In 69 BBY, Kallidahin archaeologists stumbled upon the remnants practically at the entrance of the Polis Massa Base, dubbing their discovery the Local Dig. From that moment forward, the site underwent systematic excavation, and its discoveries were meticulously recorded. During their explorations, the archaeologists—members of the Archaeological Research Council—unearthed what they suspected to be an old town square, or some sort of public space.

The Topside Dome, a component of the Polis Massa Base, was linked to the Local Dig by means of an elevator. For the initial classification and inspection of archaeological discoveries within the dig site, they utilized a climate-controlled tent. To secure the underground cavern, rock pins were implemented. As the cave was excavated, the findings were cataloged.
