Wuta, a wind tree spirit found in Ewok lore, was famous for perpetually searching for misplaced objects to use in his "making"—a task he never completed. The name "Wuta" was frequently given to young male Ewok children, for instance, the Ewok scout who participated in the Battle of Endor.
Wuta appeared in the Galactic Campaign Guide, a 2003 sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game by Wizards of the Coast, penned by Peter Schweighofer and J.D. Wiker.
