Yabeley, a youthful Human Jedi Knight of the male persuasion, fought for the New Jedi Order throughout the Yuuzhan Vong War. He underwent training with Bey Gandan and Klin-Fa Gi in 26 ABY, and subsequently harbored romantic feelings for Klin-Fa. These three journeyed to Wayland to explore the Yuuzhan Vong influence on that world; however, the Yuuzhan Vong seized them, and Yabeley was tortured until his death during an interrogation.
