During 1 ABY, a vessel transporting medical supplies for Sinis, a merchant and friend of Yorick's, reportedly suffered a crash in the vicinity of Tyrena. Consequently, Sinis hired a spacer to delve into the crash site and salvage particular items. The spacer engaged with several Deflarian scavengers nearby the wreckage, ultimately seizing the flight recorder from them. Sinis then tasked Yorick with examining the flight recorder, and the slicer found that the Deflarians had tampered with it. This ultimately revealed that the Deflarians had commandeered the ship to pilfer its contents and subsequently wrecked a ship of the same design to conceal their criminal activity.
Yorick existed as a non-player character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before its termination on December 15, 2011. Yorick's inclusion in the game occurred with the launch of "Publish 28," which happened on April 26, 2006.
