The 13th Strike Wing was a unit of Rogue-class starfighters that fought for the Confederacy of Independent Systems' navy during the Clone Wars conflict.

During the Clone Wars, the Confederacy of Independent Systems utilized Rogue-class starfighters, flown by the 13th Strike Wing's IG-100 MagnaGuard pilots. These craft were adaptations of the Utapauan Porax-38 starfighter. Baktoid Armor Workshop manufactured these starfighters for the strike wing, equipping them with enhanced targeting and defensive capabilities. The fighter craft were painted silver and marked with a dark green sickle-like insignia of the squadron centralized on the top and bottom wing surfaces divided by the fuselage, with a smaller undivided emblem visible on the forward end of each engine nacelle painted on the outer side near the comm/scan system linkages.
The 13th Strike Wing engaged in combat against the Grand Army of the Republic for the Separatists throughout the Clone Wars. They were one of the two best dogfighting squadrons selected to form Escort Flight, an elite unit responsible for protecting General Grievous' personal starfighter, the Soulless One. When reassigned to escort duty, the ships received upgrades to their tactical and weapons systems.
Star Wars PocketModel TCG's Clone Wars expansion included two Rogue-class starfighter miniatures. One was identified as a 13th Strike Wing Porax-38, while the other was one of two units identified as Escort Flight. Hasbro's Magnaguard Fighter toys, both the Titanium miniature and the 3-1/4" action vehicle, shared identical markings and color schemes with the Star Wars PocketModel TCG miniatures. This identified them as belonging to the squadrons featured in the PocketModel game, with the Hasbro vehicle displaying an undivided view of the emblem on the forward part of each engine nacalle.
In the Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode "Holocron Heist," a starfighter resembling a Porax-38 was called a "Rogue-class starfighter." Later, Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Incredible Vehicles, published in 2011, retconned previous appearances of the Porax-38 by stating that the Rogue-class was a distinct model derived from the Porax-38 by the CIS.
