At some point by 3996 BBY, an individual partnered with the Jedi Padawan Jolee Bindo, who had acquired a starship, in smuggling food and supplies through the blockade of the Ukatis system ordered by its own king. At one point, the Ukatis enforcer Nayama, operating aboard a lone Ukatish frigate, shot Bindo's craft down and forced it to crash-land on the celestial body, after which the Jedi was imprisoned there.
