Luko Oorn was the administrator of the Inyusu Tor mineral processing facility on the volcanic world Sullust. When Everi Chalis, an artist and advisor with the Galactic Empire, created designs for the facility, Oorn assisted with the implementation of the designs, and Chalis gifted him a small bust of himself in return.
After Chalis defected to the Rebel Alliance in 3 ABY, Oorn removed the bust from his office. Around the same time, the Sullustan resistance, a rebel cell based on Sullust, attacked the Inyusu Tor facility. Oorn logged the attack in his records, further stating that the cell was still active in the city of Pinyumb.
Following the Battle of Hoth that same year, Chalis assisted the Rebel Alliance's 61st Mobile Infantry in liberating the Inyusu Tor facility. There, Chalis found Oorn's office had been ransacked of its valuables, which the rebel trooper Hazram Namir speculated to have been done by Oorn himself when the 61st arrived on Sullust.
