Selig Kenjenn was a Jedi Knight of the male Human species, serving the Jedi Order as the Galactic Republic neared its end, during its final years. During the events of 22 BBY, he was included in the Jedi strike team led by Mace Windu to conduct a rescue mission for Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Padmé Amidala amidst the First Battle of Geonosis. Kenjenn fought with two lightsabers, and there are no records of him being among those who perished.
Kenjenn's character wasn't featured in the film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, nor was he in any of the Expanded Universe stories that took place around the Battle of Geonosis. Hasbro created him, releasing his figure in a battle pack in 2013 alongside fellow Jedi Que-Mars Redath and Khaat Qiyn, in addition to Clone captain Deviss.

The promotional artwork created for Kenjenn (seen in the top left of the image) depicts him alongside two other Jedi, with TIE fighters in the distance, a Star Destroyer visible, and blaster fire from stormtroopers, suggesting his survival of both the First Battle of Geonosis and the Clone Wars.
Kenjenn's appearance was modeled after Leland Chee, the individual who oversees the Holocron continuity database. Chee himself confirmed on his Facebook page that Kenjenn is actually the same character as a Jedi bearing Chee's likeness from an earlier, unofficial illustration of Chee as a Jedi created by Joe Corroney.
